To our Ridgefield Guild of Artists community,
The Guild opened its doors in 1974 when a group of 17 artists came together to form a place where people could create and exhibit in an inviting atmosphere. Nearly fifty years later, the guild is still this regions premiere, community based non-profit arts organization promoting the visual arts in and around Ridgefield.
Each year, the Guild offers our 350+ artist members opportunities to show, and sell, their work in 6-10 exhibitions, online and in-person. We offer classes for both adults and children in our two upstairs studios. We bring ArtWalk to the streets of downtown Ridgefield, a welcome event in downtown Ridgefield at the end of the summer. We nourish young budding artists with our outdoor summer arts program. At the end of each year, we provide a Festive Gift show, offering our community the best creative items and artwork for living and giving. Thousands of patrons visit our Guild barn every year and it is clear to us the community is delighted with all we offer.
With all our successes, we continue to work hard to stay relevant and keep our creative community engaged.
We hope to see you soon visiting our galleries or taking a class! For further information and news about all our Guild Happenings, please visit us at www.rgoa.org.
From all of us at the Guild, stay safe, stay healthy and continue to be creative!
